Privacy Policy.
This policy explains what information is collected when you visit this website, how it is used, and the rights you have. Lily Eale Peretz is responsible for the collection and processing of personal information described in this policy.
Scope
This policy applies to visitors of this website. Information you share in the course of a legal engagement is governed separately by attorney-client confidentiality and applicable professional duties. Sending an email, sending a WhatsApp message, or contacting us through the website does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship.
Information collected
We do not operate a contact form or account system on this site. We do not currently use advertising technologies or behavioural tracking tools. The site does use limited analytics made available through the website platform and related infrastructure, including aggregated visit data such as visitors, pageviews, session duration, bounce rate, most-viewed pages, traffic sources, device types, and country-level information. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta / Facebook Pixel, Hotjar, Mixpanel, Segment, PostHog, or similar behavioural or advertising tracking tools. Google Search Console may also be used for search visibility, indexing, and site performance in search results. Information reaches us only when you choose to send it, or as a routine part of delivering and securing the website:
- Information you send by email or WhatsApp - when you contact us using the email link or WhatsApp link on the website, we receive your message, your contact details, and anything you choose to include.
- Technical data - our hosting, infrastructure, and related service providers may receive standard request data such as IP address, browser type, device-related information, timestamps, and limited usage information. This is used to deliver the site, understand its performance, and protect it from abuse.
- Language preference - a small entry in your browser's local storage (key: "lang") remembers whether you chose English or Hebrew. It stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.
Confidential information
Please do not send confidential, privileged, or time-sensitive information by email, WhatsApp, or otherwise unless and until an attorney-client relationship has been established. Unsolicited information sent before such a relationship exists may not be treated as confidential to the fullest extent permitted by law.
How information is used and legal basis
Information is used to respond to inquiries, to operate, understand, and secure the site, and to comply with legal and professional obligations. For visitors in the EU/UK, the legal bases under the GDPR are our legitimate interest in operating the site (Art. 6(1)(f)) and, for inquiries, taking steps prior to entering into an engagement (Art. 6(1)(b)). Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, information is processed for the purpose for which it was provided.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers acting on our behalf or supporting the operation of the site, such as email, messaging, hosting, infrastructure, analytics, security, and related technical service providers, and may be disclosed where required by law, court order, or applicable professional duty.
Retention
Inquiries received by email or WhatsApp are kept for as long as needed to respond and, where relevant, for the duration of an engagement and any period required by legal or professional record-keeping rules. Server logs and related technical records held by our hosting or infrastructure providers may be retained for a short period for security and operational purposes. Certain records may be retained for longer periods where required by applicable law, professional obligations, dispute resolution needs, or the protection of legal rights.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to or restrict processing, and request portability. EU/UK visitors also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Israel, you have the right to inspect and request correction of personal information about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.
Cookies and local storage
This site does not use cookies for tracking or advertising purposes. We use a single entry in your browser's local storage (key: "lang") to remember your language choice. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings. If third-party hosting, infrastructure, security, or platform services use strictly necessary technical elements as part of operating or securing the site, such use is limited to those operational purposes.
International transfers
Our hosting, infrastructure, email, messaging, analytics, or other service providers may process information in jurisdictions outside your country of residence, including jurisdictions that may have different data protection standards. Where this involves transfers from the EU/UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. The site relies, in part, on third-party hosting, infrastructure, and related service providers, and certain security measures may therefore depend on such providers. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date below indicates when it was last revised.
