With more than twenty years of experience in commercial law, Lily has advised companies and private clients across a wide range of corporate and business matters, including commercial transactions, international agreements, licensing, technology-related engagements and ongoing legal support.
Alongside private practice, she has served as legal counsel to international and technology-oriented companies, working closely with management teams on negotiations, commercial matters and cross-border business activity.
